COROFLAKE
Spray applied, high build, flake filled COROFLAKE HB series coatings are available in several base resin formulations for the protection of steel and concrete substrates. Features include excellent chemical resistance and single coat application for rapid return to service. Primer may be optional when coating metal surfaces. Vinyl Ester and Novolac Vinyl Ester can be spray applied up to 50 mils (1250 µm) DFT in a single coat. Typical thickness range is 30-40 mils (750-1000 µm) DFT per coat. The Epoxy HB coating can be spray applied up to 40 mils (1000 µm) DFT in a single coat. The coating is typically applied in two common thickness ranges of 16-24 mils (400-600 µm) and 30-40 mils (650-1000 µm) depending on specific service conditions.
COROFLAKE 23HB NVE is a two-component inert flake filled, high build coating/lining based on Novolac Vinyl Ester resin. The coating/lining system generally consists of a primer and minimum one coat of COROFLAKE 23HB NVE. Primer may be optional when coating metal surfaces.
COROFLAKE 24HB VE is a two-component inert flake filled, high build coating/lining based on Vinyl Ester resin. The coating/lining system generally consists of a primer and minimum one coat of COROFLAKE 24HB VE. Primer may be optional when coating metal surfaces.
COROFLAKE 28HB NVE is a two-component glass flake filled, high build coating/lining based on Novolac Vinyl Ester resin. The coating/lining system generally consists of a primer and minimum one coat of COROFLAKE 28HB NVE. Primer may be optional when coating metal surfaces.
COROFLAKE 34HB VE is a two-component glass flake filled, high build coating/lining based on Vinyl Ester resin. The coating/lining system generally consists of a primer and minimum one coat of COROFLAKE 34HB VE. Primer may be optional when coating metal surfaces.
COROFLAKE 620HB EP is a two-component glass flake filled, high build coating/lining based on Epoxy resin. The coating/lining system generally consists of a primer and minimum one coat of the COROFLAKE 620HB EP. Primer may be optional when coating metal surfaces.
