Spray and roller applied, flake filled COROFLAKE series coatings are available in several base resin formulations for the protection of steel and concrete substrates. Features include excellent chemical resistance, user friendly application and quick return to service. COROFLAKE coatings can be used, depending on resin type, number of coats, service condition and substrate, in immersion up to 150°F (66°C) and dry service to 400°F (204°C). Refer to the specific COROFLAKE product information sheets below for number of coats and thickness recommendations.
COROFLAKE 23 NVE is a two-component, inert flake filled Novolac Vinyl Ester coating/lining system. It consists of a primer and a minimum two coats of COROFLAKE 23 NVE applied at 15-20 mils (375-500 µm) DFT per coat.
COROFLAKE 23C NVE is a two-component, conductive, graphite filled Novolac Vinyl Ester coating/lining system. It consists of a primer and normally two coats of COROFLAKE 23C NVE applied at 15-20 mils (375-500 µm) DFT per coat. It can also be used as a topcoat over other Novolac Vinyl Ester lining and coating systems.
COROFLAKE 23LSE NVE is a two-component, Novolac Vinyl Ester topcoat incorporating PTFE fillers to provide a low surface energy finish with a degree of non-stick properties. It is applied at 15-20 mils (375-500 µm) DFT as a topcoat over a wide range of Novolac Vinyl Ester lining and coating systems.
COROFLAKE 24 VE is a two-component, inert flake filled, Vinyl Ester coating/lining system. COROFLAKE 200 EN is a two-component, 100% solids, glass flake filled Epoxy Novolac coating/lining system. It consists of a primer and minimum two coats of COROFLAKE 200 EN applied at 15-20 mils (375-500 µm) DFT per coat. It provides excellent chemical resistance including exposure to 98% sulfuric acid.
COROFLAKE 224AR VE is a ceramic filled abrasion resistant vinyl ester coating. It is UL certified for use in tanks ≥ 200 USG for products in direct potable water contact according to: ANSI/NSF 61, ANSI/NSF 61 Annex G, NSF 372 and NSF/ANSI/CAN 600. It provides extreme abrasion resistance, making it a great choice in water filtration systems, potable water vessels, water treatment equipment, OTR transport trailers, rail cars, etc. This product can provide major cost savings as it can be applied in just one coat, and it has an accelerated cure time of 1 hour at 160°F, allowing you back to production fast.
COROFLAKE 266 EN is a two-component, 100% solids, glass flake filled Epoxy Novolac coating/lining system. It consists of a primer and minimum two coats of COROFLAKE 266 EN applied at 15-20 mils (375-500 µm) DFT per coat. It provides very good chemical resistance to sulfuric acid up to 98% for secondary containment and splash/spill conditions.

COROFLAKE 611 EP is a two-component, high solids, inert flake filled Epoxy coating system. It is moisture tolerant and has low temperature cure capabilities. It consists of a primer and minimum two coats of COROFLAKE 611 EP applied at 6-8 mils (150-200 µm) DFT per coat.
