Spray and roller applied light to medium duty chemical resistant coatings/linings designed for the protection of concrete and steel substrates. Products include 100% solids and high solids coatings with low odor and low VOC. Refer to the specific COROGARD product information sheets below for number of coats and thickness recommendations.
COROGARD 66 EP is a two-component, 100% solids, flake filled Epoxy coating system. This system consists of a primer and minimum two coats of COROGARD 66 EP applied at 6-8 mils (150-200 µm) DFT per coat.
COROGARD 66LSE is a two-component, 100% solids Epoxy topcoat incorporating PTFE fillers to provide a low surface energy finish with a degree of non-stick properties. It is applied at 6-8 mils (150-200 µm) DFT as a topcoat over COROGARD 66 EP and other Epoxy lining and coating systems.
COROGARD 77 EN is a two-component, 100% solids, high functionality Epoxy Novolac coating. This system consists of a primer and minimum two coats of COROGARD 77 EN applied at 6-8 mils (150-200 µm) DFT per coat.
COROGARD 77-VT EN is a two-component, 100% solids, high functionality Epoxy Novolac coating. COROGARD 77-VT EN is used to protect steel and concrete structures that are exposed to a wide range of hydrocarbons, petroleum products, salts, acids, alkalis and many solvents. It is ideally suited as a lining in steel process and storage tanks, cargo tankers and trailers, and as a protective coating for structural steel, concrete containment areas and process floors.
COROGARD 615 EP is a two-component, flake filled, surface tolerant Epoxy coating. It is applied at 6-8 mils (150-200 µm) DFT per coat as a stand-alone coating or as a surface tolerant primer under compatible Epoxy and Epoxy Novolac COROFLAKE and COROGARD systems. COROGARD 615 EP can be applied to rusted surfaces or most existing well bonded coatings.
