COROCAST EN is a three component, 100% solids Epoxy Novolac polymer concrete material used for new construction and repair of concrete structures. It consists of a primer and the mixture of COROCAST EN Resin and Hardener, COROCAST PC Aggregate and pea gravel. It can be used as a cast-in-place material or trowel applied mortar.

COROFLAKE N PRIMER U is a Vinyl Ester primer used on concrete and steel substrates in conjunction with Vinyl Ester, Novolac Vinyl Ester and Polyester resin based coatings, linings and flooring systems. It can also be used as a fiberglass mat saturant resin.
COROFLAKE S PRIMER U is a low viscosity, two-component Novolac Vinyl Ester primer. It is used to protect abrasive blasted steel surfaces from rust formation until subsequent Novolac Vinyl Ester protective coating or lining layers are applied. It can also be used as a fiberglass mat saturant resin.
COROFLAKE 67PS PRIMER a low viscosity two-component concrete and steel primer/saturant based on a high grade Epoxy resin. It will hold abrasive blasted steel surfaces against rusting until protective epoxy or epoxy novolac coatings and linings are applied. When applied to properly prepared concrete it will effectively seal and strengthen the surface and improve adhesion with subsequently applied compatible coating, lining and flooring materials.
COROFLAKE 71 PRIMER a low viscosity, 100% solids, two-component concrete primer based on high grade Epoxy resin and proprietary hardener. It will effectively seal and strengthen the surface and improve adhesion with subsequently applied compatible coating, lining and flooring materials. COROFLAKE 71 PRIMER has very good tolerance for surface oils and moisture.
COROGROUT EN is a 100% solids, three-component, high performance Epoxy Novolac grouting material consisting of resin, hardener and aggregate. It is designed to provide support for equipment where chemical spills are present. It resists alkalis, oils and lubricants and many types of acids. It exhibits excellent resistance to 98% sulfuric acid and all concentrations of sodium hydroxide.
COROGROUT EP is a three-component, high performance Epoxy grouting material designed to provide support for equipment requiring precision alignment and corrosion protection. It is designed to provide a unique balance of critical performance factors including high flow, good bearing area, high strength, low creep, high temperature resistance, and good adhesion to concrete and steel.
COROGROUT VE is a three-component, chemical resistant machinery grout based on Vinyl Ester resin. It is designed to provide support for equipment where chemical spills are present. It resists a broad range of chemicals including inorganic and organic acids, bleach solutions, alkalis, oils and salts.
COROJOINT 3 is a two component Epoxy Novolac resin based, pourable grade elastomeric joint sealant material cured with a modified polyamine. This joint sealant is available in two consistencies. COROJOINT 3 PR is a pour grade for horizontal surface applications. COROJOINT 3 TR is a trowel grade version for vertical applications.
COROJOINT 5 is a two component Polysulfide elastomeric joint sealant material. It has good chemical resistance and is designed for use in expansion joints, control joints and cracks. This joint sealant is available in two consistencies. COROJOINT 5 PR is the pour grade material and COROJOINT 5 TR is a trowel grade version.
COROPATCH 21 VE is a two-component Vinyl Ester resin based surface fill and patching material. It is designed to fill voids, air pockets, cracks, pits, pinholes and defects on concrete or steel substrates prior to the application of compatible polyester, vinyl ester and novolac vinyl ester coatings, linings and flooring systems.
COROPATCH 61 EP is a two-component 100% solids Epoxy resin based surface fill and patching material. It is designed to fill voids, air pockets, cracks, pits, pinholes and defects on concrete or steel substrates prior to the application of compatible epoxy and epoxy novolac coatings, linings and flooring systems.
COROWEAR EN is a two component, 100% solids, polymer wear resistant compound based on Epoxy Novolac resin technology. Its design incorporates a proprietary blend of densely packed ceramic beads to optimize the protection of surfaces exposed to wear and abrasive conditions. V-1 Filler is an optional thixotropic fiber component that is also included in the standard COROWEAR EN kit packaging. It is added to the resin and hardener mixture when increased sag/slump resistance at higher build thicknesses is desired.
