RCC laminate linings are available in several base resin formulations for the protection of steel and concrete substrates in immersion service. These linings are designed for maximum chemical resistance in aggressive process conditions. Depending on operating conditions and substrate type, these linings are suitable at temperatures up to 180°F (82°C) in immersion service. The applied lining system thickness range is typically 120-160 mils (3.0-4.0 mm) DFT.
LINING 64 CP is a heavy duty fiberglass reinforced laminate lining based on Chlorendic Polyester resin. This system consists of a primer, one trowel applied basecoat, two layers of fiberglass mat, one surface veil, and two resin topcoats.
LINING 65 VE is a heavy duty fiberglass reinforced laminate lining based on Vinyl Ester resin. This system consists of a primer, one trowel applied basecoat, two layers of fiberglass mat, one surface veil, and two resin topcoats.
